Representing people seriously injured in accidents is in my blood. I grew up hearing about cases of this nature from my Dad. Fortunately, I was able to work side by side with my Dad for a few years until illness caused him to retire. I remember when I first decided to become a lawyer. It struck me like a thunderbolt and since that time I have never looked back.
I am now about to start my 41st year representing injured victims of accidents. The number of people I have represented is now well into the thousands and the types of cases are as varied as one could imagine. I have collected by settlement and verdict well into the millions of dollars for my clients during the course of my career.

When I am hired to represent you there are certain promises that you can take to the bank. I will always tell my clients the truth. I will always maintain contact with my clients and respond to their telephone calls and letters quickly and thoroughly. Upon request, I will make appointments to personally meet with my clients to keep them informed of the progress of their case, to respond to any of their questions or concerns, or simply to chat and “hold their hand” if necessary in order to help them through some difficult times. All cases are litigated quickly and aggressively utilizing top experts if necessary. I shall personally handle their case and try my very hardest to help each and every client obtain the best possible recovery.
I take my job, my responsibilities toward my clients and my integrity very seriously and will never do anything to compromise my client’s cause. I am well respected in the legal community as a “straight shooter” and this helps me in my efforts on behalf of my clients.
